20 %
I would evaluate my success is I believe that I would get a 8. I believe this because in the month of October I didn't get what I needed to get done. Yet overall I got everything done. I learned a lot about the court system and what puts or brings kids into foster or group homes. I also learned about how many are in the state and how much money it takes and the requirements to be a foster parent. What I accomplished this month was I talk to the head of Wyoming foster care and we talked about all the requirements and what brings kids in and out of foster homes. My obstacles were my family issues at the time prevented me to get some of my 20% done.

Communism vs Socilism
Communism is having everything equal. Have equal shares. The government chooses your career based on what your good at not by what you want to do.
Socialism is having equal opportunities. They get to do what they want to do and not by what they are good at. They can drop out at 16 if in public schools.

I am for raising the minimum wage. According to the Time for a Raise "3.8 million workers were paid at or below the federal minimum wage of $7.25 in 2011. Since minimum wage, in many cases, does not cover basic necessities of life."(Time For a Raise). My family falls into this category. With minimum wage we live pay check to pay check and that sometimes isn't enough. "An employee working a 40-hour week at the federal minimum wage would earn $15,080 per year. This income would leave a two-person household -- say, a single parent with one child -- just below the federal poverty threshold of $15,130." ( Increasing the Minimum Wage: Pros & Cons). Its been four years since it was last increased, which raising the minimum wage would according to The White House Blog, " its a boost to their income that both helps them make ends meet and increases
spending in the broader economy." (The White House Blog). Also its believed according to Increasing the Minimum Wage: Pros & Cons, "such a move would act as economic stimulus. When low-income households earn more money, they are likely to spend it, pouring more dollars into the economy" (Increasing the Minimum Wage: Pros & Cons). "This increased purchasing power across the board helps stimulate the economy and benefits small businesses, many of which were hardest hit by the recession." (Time for a Raise). This is why I believe it is time for a raise in minimum wage.
